Happy November! With thanksgiving around the corner, we are in full gear making sure our neighbors celebrate a joyous and well fed holiday season.

Please consider making a special contribution this month to us and your local hunger initiatives.

As we bring our collective vision to reality, we are constantly looking for ways to both collaborate, learn, & share. From West Philly to Washington DC, read on to see all we have learned this last month on our journey of co-creating a new pillar of community through the ritual of food, from soil to supper!

Looking ahead, we are still fundraising and finalizing our capital stack to finance the 100-year makeover of our pilot location on 60th St.

TCG on the Hill !

We were called into DC to share the collective vision for TCG with our federal representatives including Congressman Dwight Evans, every Congressional Agriculture Committee, the USDA, & the White House!

A special shoutout to the FMC Corporation for facilitating a large part of these meetings.

The DC Central Kitchen welcomed us to their new HQ (below) to share how they are fighting hunger differently. We are grateful for all their wisdom and their support to collaborate on our collective journey towards food justice for all!

Progress back at home, one day at a time!

In West Philly we completed our interior demolition with the help of our neighbors (shout-out to Kevin & Teardrop for their extra help), continued supporting Denise’s Food Pantry alongside The Print Foundation & Sharing Excess, and were featured on NowThis!
