Paid Training Program, up to $16.50/hour

The Community Grocer is launching a 12-month paid apprenticeship program in culinary, retail, and hospitality. Employees will gain hands-on experience, classroom instruction, and wraparound support while helping operate a new community grocery store and kitchen.

Program Structure:

• 30 hours/week of on-the-job training in retail and kitchen roles.

• 6 hours/week of classroom instruction in hospitality and culinary skills.

• 3 hours/week of wraparound services, including career readiness and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside staff to operate the grocery store and hot kitchen.
